Our Mission

The WWAAC Alliance Foundation is a non-profit organization created to advance, benefit and better the lives of Asian American Pacific Islanders; To educate the public and bring about awareness, understanding and appreciation of the diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds of Asian Americans.

To serve as a platform and source by recognizing, highlighting and honoring Asian Americans who have contributed greatly to various sectors of society; And to create, promote, and disseminate compelling and impactful information about the needs and concerns of the Asian community through events such as conferences, seminars, panel discussions, television programming, symposiums, and other charitable events.

Signature Events

The 13th Annual WWAAC Leaders & Legends Awards:
The WWAAC Awards are dedicated to honoring successful Asians who serve as leaders and role models in their respective communities. The purpose of the WWAAC Awards is to recognize the accomplishments of these leaders, publicize their achievements, and promote the Asian American community into mainstream America.

The WWAAC Alliance Conference:
The WWAAC Alliance Conference is committed to delivering lasting programs provided with the intent to benefit the Asian American community as well as other minority groups – and empower these groups to achieve more.

The purpose of the Conference which includes workshops, seminars, panel discussions, etc., is to bring various Asian groups, students, young professionals and business professionals of any nationality together, to discuss the needs and concerns of Asian Americans; promote awareness of the Asian American community; empower the Asian American community with leadership and development training; educate the Asian American community and connect the Asian American community with mainstream America. The discussions are provided to motivate, develop, and enhance the skills of Asian Americans and other minorities in the workforce and their professional lives.

Discussion topics include subjects that concern and impact Asian Americans specifically; subjects such as health care initiatives, education, the model minority myth of Asians, Asian women & men as role models, initiatives to succeed as leaders, breaking through the glass ceiling, discussions around winning more board seats in major corporations, social services for Asians, mentoring
opportunities, etc.

For over one hundred fifty years, Asian Americans have made enormous contributions to the prosperity and success of this great nation. While there are many different Who’s Who organizations recognizing outstanding members of our society, very few, if any, focus on the prominent Asian Americans who have been our role models for success, great contributors to our community and to the nation, and distinguished figures in their own professions.
